Joint stand for Turkish Petroleum and WPC 2017, 280 sq.m., island

Exhibitor: TURKISH PETROLEUM

Objective: To organize exhibition space fitting closed meeting area, open space communication area, presentation and activities zone (designed for dance performances, cultural demonstrations) and zone introducing Istanbul, the next World Petroleum Congress host city. Ideology of the concept: To develop stand design and create modern exhibition stand, comfortable and well thought-through space for exhibitor's delegates.

Realization: Turn-key exhibition solution including design, manufacture, and buildup of the exhibition stand, floral and graphic decoration, rental and install of audio and video equipment, organization of real-time video broadcast. technical maintenance at the exhibition stand during the exhibition.

Stand description: The stand design concept is developed around the idea of using a double-decker structure, as it provides for larger and more convenient exhibition spaces. The first floor accomodated two meeting rooms for 6 and 8 people, lounge zone, praying room, and storage; the ground floor was zoned for large meeting room hosting 10 people, fully equipped bar area and kitchen. All rooms for top-level negotiations were equipped with air conditioning and noise proofing systems.

Open stand area was designed as a greeting area, and was equipped with reception counters, seamless video wall (4*4 screen module), branded pillar, closed storage, open meeting area, presentation zone for dance performances and cultural activities.

Project features: The absolute glossy effect of the stand surfaces inculding interior walls and furniture was reached through usage of polystyrene materials, graphics – direct print on polystyrene panels. Flooring – glossy HPL, polystyrene, antislipping film. 3D logos – polystyrene, lightbox. Videowall – seamless LCD Christie 55” panels, 4*4 module, sound – Coda Audio.
