Exhibitor: Republic of Equatorial Guinea

Objective: To organize comfortable exhibiton space for stand assistants, for holding negotiations, meeting stand visitors, presenting exhibitor's video materials and graphics; to effectively use exhibitor's branding and make the stand conspicuous and easily recognizable by exhibition visitors.

Ideology of the concept: to develop stand design, create comfortable and well organized exhibition space.

Design: Global Events

Realization: Turn-key exhibition solution including design, manufacture, and buildup of the exhibition stand, floral and graphic decoration, rental and install of video equipment, technical maintenance at the exhibition stand during the exhibition.

Stand description: Stand design provides for large open space for business communication, accomodating lounge zone with comfortable sofas, meeting area for visitors, reception area with a counter. Semi-closed meeting room is separated from the open space area by a green hedge. A transparent glass partition and a panel with direct print of the map of Equatorial Guinea are also used for the decoration of this stand zone.

Multiple laminated graphic panels with photos of oil refineries are placed along the perimeter of the stand.

Stand branding and its identification is guaranteed by massive fascia with the Republic’s flag and coat of arms, names of its main oil refineries, 4,5 meter high central element with flag and lightbox with full-colour print picture. Main colours of the stand are those of national flag of the Republic.

Stand design is based on the idea of open space stand providing for comfortable communicating for stand visitors.

Project features: All stand elements are metal-frame structure with wooden panels with paint. The walls of the meeting area are structure with wooden panels, acrylic panels with direct print. Graphics – sandwich panels (dibond) with lamination, lightbox on central pillar. Fascia – lightbox with transluscent banner with print. Flooring - carpet. Presentation equipment – seamless LCD Christie 55” panels.
