Stand for the Republic of Dagestan, 144 sq.m, inline passing

Objective: To organize comfortable space for negotiations at presidential level with zones for dancing performances, a zone for degustation and a VIP zone for negotiations; to integrate into design interactive activities, such as multi-touch video wall.

Ideology of the concept: To show on the exhibition stand connection of traditional character and modern civilized development of the Republic of Dagestan.

Design: Global Events

Realization: Turn-key exhibition solution including organization of catering service, floral decoration, rental and install of audio-video equipment, technical maintenance at the exhibition stand during the exhibition. Manufacture of stand elements - the overall structure and stand-alone elements : multi-touch wall, bar counter for wine tasting, tribune, floor-mounted installation of 3D-letters dividing the stand on two zones. Materials used for stand decoration included laminate, HPL, cork panels.

Stand description: The stand is created in Hi-tech and modernist styles. Closed meeting room with ceiling, aircon system and soundproof walls to host the highest officials of the Republic; lounge zone with a bar counter and seating areas for visitors; dance zone (4х6 m), interactive zone, back office (3 rooms).

Flooring in the interactive zone – LED-illuminated glass floor with colour-filters, ORACAL film, and 2D film.

Laminate is used as finishing material on the dance floor, in lounge zone and meeting room, and also for wall surfaces. A "stone imitation" is achieved by using cork panels, logos and letters are mirror-effect. The coat of arms of the Republic of Dagestan is manufactured from silver color dibond.
